Last Monday night, the Paci Fairy visited the Dial house. Avery seemed excited about the idea and didn't hesitate at all when putting them into the gift bag. It wasn't until she was tucked into bed that she realized her precious pacies were gone. Well, after a few nights of tears and heart wrenching cries for her paci (from both Avery and mom), we have finally had a few tearless nights. Yay!!!
Oh.......the innocence. She had no idea what was really coming, poor girl. She had already put one of her pacifiers in the bag before we started recording.
It was a rough night, but all smiles the next morning.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! Good job "stickin' it" through. hahahahha. (sorry, had to throw that one in there.)
Oh man! Ryder is only 6 months old, but I can already see this day coming. He will not sleep with out his paci. Congratulations!
Sarah you did it!! Wow I guess that means its REALLY time for us to take McKinlee's. I think as soon as we're settled into our new apartment the 'binky fairy' is going to visit McKinlee. Anyway, GOOD JOB!
wow, she is so big!
I'm sure you're soooooo glad to be past this milestone. I can't even tell you what a nightmare (with a capital 'N') it was to wean Brenna from her binky. I never, ever, ever want to go through that again....but unfortunately our son is attached to his binky too! Hopefully it will be easier. Congratulations! That is a HUGE milestone! By the way--we miss you guys! :-(
Great idea Sarah! I can't believe how big Avery is. I loved her ABC song too! Hope you all are doing well!
We finally had a visit from the binky fairy. McKinlee has done really suprisingly good, I thought it would be a disaster. She only asks about it a couple times a day now haha.
Congrats! You did it!
