Our Little Lion

Last night was the Halloween Trunk or Treat at our church, so we got Avery all dressed up in her lion costume. At first it was a struggle to get her to keep the head piece on, but as soon as she saw herself in the mirror and saw that she was a lion, (Avery loves to pick out lions in her books), she didn't touch it for the rest of the night.

We were also a little bit worried that she would have a hard time walking with all of her "new hair", but that didn't seem to bother her either. She had a great time seeing all of the other kids in their costumes and dancing to the music.

Let's Go Outside

Avery loves to be outside, so we go on quite a few walks everyday. During her walks she likes to look at the flowers, wave to the buses and garbage trucks, and collect leaves, sticks, and rocks. Here are a few pictures from one of our walks.

Fight On!

We were finally able to make it to the Coliseum and cheer on our Trojans at a football game. Avery was a great cheerleader! She loved to watch the GoodYear Blimp, the rest of the fans, and the beach ball that was tossed throughout the crowd.
